Our Carpet & Coating Line Stenter Machine is designed as a complete continuous processing line, integrating Unwinder, J-Box, Coating Head, Stenter, Accumulator, Cutter, and Winder into one efficient production system.

The complete line provides smooth fabric handling, controlled coating application, uniform drying and curing, and precise finished-fabric winding. Each section is engineered to work seamlessly with the next, ensuring stable production and consistent quality.

Complete Line Configuration

  •    Unwinder – Smooth and controlled fabric feeding with consistent tension.
  •    J-Box – Provides fabric accumulation and continuous feeding during process changes.
  •    Coating Head – Designed for uniform and controlled coating application across the fabric width.
  •    Hot Air Stenter – Features separate top and bottom airflow for controlled, balanced hot-air circulation, ensuring uniform fabric drying and finishing.
